The cleaning process usually consists of two cleans, a ‘builders clean’ and a ‘sparkle clean’, below we discuss these in more detail.

POST CONSTRUCTION CLEANING

The focus of a ‘builders clean’ or as we often call it a ‘pre-carpet & mastic clean’ is on dust removal, the preparation of all floors for carpet, tiles etc and the cleaning of all surfaces to be sealed. The windows will usually be given a first clean to remove all paint and plaster and we provide a general clean to make the snagging process more efficient.

SPARKLE CLEAN

Here the focus is on highlighting the quality of finish, removing any trace of the construction process ensuring that the client notices your hard work rather than a bit of plaster on a window or dust on a skirting. By the time we are finished the property will be ready for handover. We know this can be a time when the client is on site more as they prepare to move back in and rest assured our service is discrete and courteous.
